Job purpose: Supports administration of Accounting Finance functions; assists Human Resources department with accounting related activities.
Coordinates messages and appointments,disseminate information to stakeholders, maintain office supplies, and organize/ maintain both electronic and paper department files
Data entry: Enter transactional data to maintaina complete and comprehensive ERP system
Generate reports, conduct specialized researchprojects and respond to inquiries;
Operate automated office machines (computer,copier, fax, scanner 10-key, etc. . .)
Prepare disbursement checks, invoices, and outgoing mail;
Research financials records, esp. to assist inreconciliation of difficult accounts;
Run errands (bank deposits, office supplies andother sundries) as needed; and
Other administrative support duties andresponsibilities, as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, preferred
