Carpenter needing short term rental

Hello, my name is Shawn, and I am in need of a short term rental or sublet. My lease is up, and I am still working on a large remodeling project here in Fort Collins before moving to Flagstaff where my brother lives. I have plenty of references and previous landlords available to speak with. I consider myself a neat and clean tenant respectful of property and people. I'm not looking for a roommate situation but would consider an entire level of a house if available. I have cash upfront, or if you have a need for a multi-skilled builder, I am open to work exchanges. I have a bit of an urgent need as time is running out on my lease.
