OVERALL POSITION FUNCTION: Process Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. PREREQUISITES: Accounting/business certificate/degree preferred or equivalent experience. Good understanding of general ledger as it relates to accounts receivables and accounts payables. Ability to easily gain knowledge of Samscreen's ERP system. Previous demonstration of punctuality and reliability is required. DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Office Manager DIRECT REPORTS: None PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoicing of products shipped Posting cash receipts Bank deposits Making weekly Collection calls on past due accounts Entering A/P invoices Verifying all shipping charges were billed correctly A/P check run weekly Setting up new accounts with vendors Calculate time sheets for payroll Calculate piece rates Run weekly payroll checks, including child support, garnishments and taxes. Setup new employees Maintain files/storage Any other office or HR-related responsibilities that may be assigned PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
